
Yinka is a dynamic healthcare executive with over 20-plus years of experience in operational management, customer experience optimization, and revenue cycle profit enhancement across large, multi-location healthcare networks. With extensive leadership experience spanning the United States, the Middle East, and Africa, Yinka consistently delivers measurable results through strategic vision, operational transformation, and the deployment of health technology.
Most recently, Yinka served as Senior Vice President of Patient Access Services and Patient Experience at M42, a global healthcare organization operating in 26 countries. In this role, she led strategic and operational initiatives across 12 healthcare facilities and a centralized Contact Center, driving key advancements such as an 18% increase in enterprise-wide likelihood to Recommend scores and a 55% reduction in referral processing time.
She also co-led the attainment of the Middle East’s first Global Healthcare Accreditation for Excellence in Medical Travel Patient Experience for M42. She spearheaded multi-facility technology rollouts including enterprise-wide CRM implementation for 12 facilities with 6 different EMRs. Additionally, she led the access to care and patient engagement strategy for the successful launch of a Day Surgery Center featuring over 30 clinical specialties.
Prior to M42, Yinka was Senior Director of Patient Access Services and Contact Center at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where she led the build-out and operationalization of Patient Access and Upfront Revenue Cycle functions in preparation for the opening of the 364-bed hospital and an Oncology Center where she successfully managed operations for a decade. She also played a key operational role in the design and development of the patient-facing mobile app as well as the workflow design for EPIC EMR Modules such as Prelude, ASAP, Cadence, MyChart and Cheer CRM.
Earlier in her career, Yinka held leadership roles at Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) in Houston, Texas, managing a 53-person insurance department responsible for authorizations, insurance benefit analysis, and upfront collections across 19 hospitals in Texas and Louisiana.
Throughout her career, Yinka’s leadership has been anchored in data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on delivering sustainable, scalable impact for healthcare organizations.
Yinka earned a master’s in health administration and an MBA from the University of Houston Clear Lake and holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Ilorin, Nigeria.
